Our focus is Short-Term bridge loans for minor or no rehab projects, with the clearly defined exit strategy, typically under 120 days.   We work mostly in the residential space, but will occasionally look at small commercial or multifamily opportunity.

We offer both "classic"​ hard money loans requiring 20%+ down payment, and LTV < 65%, and more flexible lower down payment 0-20% and LTV < 70%, based on ARV loans.   We also do opportunistic JV opportunities.
