Roman Gagarskiy has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Roman currently serves as the VP of Software Development at Tempo Software since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the COO at ALM Works for over 7 years, where they played a key role in developing software products for Application Lifecycle Management. Roman also co-founded and served as the CEO of Cognitive Finance Technologies from 2008 to 2015. Roman has experience in project management and software development roles at Lanit-Tercom and AT Software.
Roman Gagarskiy attended FML 239 from 1996 to 1999. Roman then pursued their higher education at Saint Petersburg State University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained an MS degree in computer science.
