Lucas Pigliacampo has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their career. Lucas began their career as a Junior Engineer at Fiat Spa in 1996. In 1997, they joined Tenaris as a Production Technology Engineer and progressed through various positions including Process Engineer, Technical Sales and Services Manager, Product Manager, and Technical Services Manager. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the Technical Sales Regional Manager for Continental Europe and CIS. Lucas then took on the role of Product Marketing and Applications Director from 2012 to 2015, followed by Technical Sales Director from 2015 to 2016. Lucas'smost recent position at Tenaris was Vice President of Oil & Gas Technologies, a role they held from 2018 until the present.

Lucas Pigliacampo has an extensive education history. In 1990, they received a degree in Mechanical Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. In 1996, they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Business Management from Politecnico di Torino. In the same year, they studied Italian language and culture at Università degli Studi di Perugia. In 2005, they completed the Tenaris Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Management. In 2012, they pursued a course on Driving Strategic Innovation at IMD, specializing in Innovation. In 2013, they attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for Business Marketing Strategy. Lastly, in 2014, they participated in the 36th Oxford Energy Seminar at the University of Oxford. In 2019, they completed the Executive Program at Singularity University.
