Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global PC and Console Publishing at Tencent Games, Martin has held multiple leadership roles at Electronic Arts, including Vice President of Global Commercial Management and Vice President of Publishing for Europe and Latin America. Prior experience includes significant positions at Procter & Gamble Prestige Products, where Martin led Travel Retail for Southern Europe, and roles in sales and trade marketing. Martin began a career in the music industry as a sales and trade marketing trainee at Higher Octave Music, part of the Virgin/EMI group.
