Michael Tseng

Michael Tseng is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the music and technology industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Tencent Music Entertainment since November 2022, Michael leads content cooperation across multiple regions including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe, and the United States, focusing on localizing and maximizing the value of overseas content in China. Previously, Michael founded and served as CEO of two companies, 安谱音乐 and OST Music, specializing in AI-driven music services and original soundtracks. Michael held senior management roles at Thaihe Music Group and Ocean Butterflies International, overseeing international music licensing and strategic partnerships. Additionally, Michael has a robust background in business development from tenures at Microsoft and Nokia. Michael Tseng holds an EMBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and bachelor's degrees in civil engineering from National Taipei University of Technology.
