Yongjia Chen

Yongjia Chen is an experienced public affairs professional with a strong background in research and policy analysis. At Tencent, from August 2021 to February 2024, Yongjia held the position of Associate Manager and previously served as a Public Affairs Associate. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Stanford University, focused on risks associated with artificial intelligence technologies, and a consulting position at The Asia Foundation, where research on digital strategies for COVID-19 prevention was conducted. Additionally, Yongjia interned in government affairs at the American Chamber of Commerce in China and in the Global China Practice at KPMG China. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Policy with a focus on Cyber Policy and Security from Stanford University and a Master's Degree in International Politics from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
