Heather Jones

Director, Performance Improvement at Tendo

Heather Jones has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on quality and performance improvement. Heather is currently the Director of Performance Improvement at Tendo.

Previously, Heather was the Practice Lead for Vault Quality at Veeva Systems. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of consultants in the implementation and support of Veeva Quality products. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Veeva Systems, where they worked on implementations of Salesforce.com, Apttus CPQ, and Veeva CRM.

Before joining Veeva Systems, Heather was in transition for a year. During that time, they worked as an independent consultant, providing consulting services to IBM Global Business Services and Fujitsu Consulting. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Management at Clinical Ink, where they were responsible for the company's product strategy and roadmap.

Heather started their career as a Staff Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where they worked on implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for clients in the manufacturing and healthcare industries.

Heather Jones has a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Heather Jones works with Dave Anspaugh - Director, Mobile Design, Eve York - Director, Employee Success, and Sarah Murphy - Senior Director, Finance. Heather Jones reports to Dan Goldsmith, CEO.
