Prior to that, Justus held multiple roles at Salesforce from 2017 to 2023, including Senior Director of Product Management and Senior Director, Insurance Products - Vlocity. Justus also worked as the Director, Solutions Architecture at Bluescape Software from 2013 to 2016, where they managed various projects and established partnerships. Before that, Justus was self-employed as a Stock & Options Day Trader from 2004 to 2013, managing self-owned accounts and executing strategic investments. Justus also held the position of Owner & COO at Pacific Trust Group from 2002 to 2004, where they negotiated a buyout and grew the company. Justus has experience as a Systems Architect at Siebel Systems, Inc. (Oracle '05) from 1996 to 2001, where they managed global projects and personnel. Justus started their career at Adobe in 1993 as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for Photoshop, where they implemented automated test systems and reduced product time to market.
Justus Grimalda completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1993.
