Toby Crosthwaite

Toby Crosthwaite currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of People Advisory UK at Teneo, where a focus is placed on Chair, board, and CEO/ExCo search work within the insurance sector both in the UK and internationally. Prior to this role, Toby was a Partner at Ridgeway, concentrating on insurance and risk management across the UK and Asia Pacific since October 2015. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, with responsibilities in financial services in both Singapore and London, as well as holding leadership roles at Sheffield Haworth and Whitehead Mann, among other positions in the finance sector. Toby holds a degree from the University of Exeter and attended Stowe School in the UK.
