Sean Patrick Perfecto

Sean Patrick Perfecto is an accomplished operations and human resources leader with extensive experience in global HR shared services and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Global HR Shared Services at Tenet Healthcare, Sean manages a team of approximately 155 personnel, overseeing various HR functions including employee data management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Prior to Tenet, significant roles included Business Process Leader at Uber Freight where Sean directed collections processes and liaised with finance leaders, as well as Senior People Operations Manager, leading a sizable HR team supporting 25,000 employees globally. Sean's career also includes senior management positions in talent acquisition at Alorica and Integreon, along with notable operational roles at Alexander Mann Solutions and IBM. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
