Sabina has extensive experience in operations and programs, holding the title of COO at Hackquarters. With a background in communication and information management, Sabina has worked in various roles at companies such as VERICO, Anadolu Agency, and Arkony. Sabina also has experience in project coordination and restoration projects with organizations like the World Bank and the European Union. Sabina holds a Master’s Degree in History/European Studies from Baku State University.
