Edward Yocum

Edward Yocum joined Tenneco in November 2022 as the company’s General Counsel. He is a member of the company’s executive leadership team and is responsible for managing the company’s global legal affairs, including corporate governance and compliance.

During his career, Yocum has served as a senior legal advisor for both publicly traded and private equity sponsored companies undertaking rapid growth initiatives and implementing transformational change. Prior to joining Tenneco, Yocum served as the Chief Legal Officer for Lumileds Holding B.V., a global leader in innovative lighting solutions and the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Vectra Co., a global technology-driven manufacturer serving the automotive, electronics, aerospace, defense, and medical industries. Prior to that, he held the same title at Taminco Corporation, a global publicly traded specialty chemical company.

He currently serves on the board of directors of New VAC Intermediate Holdings B.V.

Yocum holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law.
