The Tennessee Titans hired Chad Brinker as the team's Assistant General Manager. He joins the Titans after spending 13 seasons with the Green Bay Packers, most recently as Personnel/Football Administration Executive.
In his role at the Packers, Brinker helped direct the team's pro personnel department, which included development of strategies for unrestricted free agency and the undrafted free agent process, while also doing year-round analysis of the other NFL rosters. Additionally, Brinker worked with the General Manager and Director of Football Operations to incorporate long-range planning for player contract management related to the salary cap.
