Ben Person

Ben Person has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Ben currently holds the position of CEO and Co-Founder at Tenon, a leading enterprise marketing workflow provider. Prior to this, Ben worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at High Alpha.

Before joining High Alpha, Ben served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Nuvolo, a role they held for about a year. Ben also held positions at Nuvolo as Vice President Global Marketing, Vice President - Product Marketing, and Sr. Director - Solution Consulting.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked at Dell as a Global IT Manager, where they led a team responsible for IT Service Management delivery. Ben also had roles at Rockwell Collins, where they served as a Sr. IT Manager and Systems Administrator.

Ben's work experience also includes a position as a Network Administrator at Caterpillar Inc. Ben began their career in the IT field as an Associate Web Administrator and later as a Help Desk Support Specialist at Rockwell Collins.

Ben Person obtained a B.A.S in Applied Management from Mount Mercy University, where they attended from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Kirkwood Community College from 2000 to 2005, where they earned an A.A.S in LAN Administration and a Diploma in PC Technician. In addition to their formal education, Ben Person also holds certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow, obtained in July 2016, and Dell Boomi AtomSphere Integration Cloud™ Certification (Process Developer I), obtained in March 2014.
