Ali Manav has over 25 years of experience in the business and finance industry. Ali began their career in 1995 as a Retail Manager at PNC - Formerly National City Bank. In 1998, they became Vice President at Railway Transfer & Storage Company. Ali then moved to LifeWare Technologies, Inc. in 2003 as Chief Operating Officer & EVP of Business Development. In 2004, they became Chief Executive Officer at EZ Change Lock Company, followed by Executive Vice President - Business Development at MedX Sales in 2006. In 2009, they were Managing Partner at The Manav Group LLC, a consulting group, and Chief Operating Officer at Recovery Road Rehab., LLC. In 2015, they became Chief Operating Officer & EVP of Finance at Magnum Innovations - Luminance Brands Division. Most recently, in 2018, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder at TENSORMARK.

Ali Manav has a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they studied Management/Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Ali also has a Bachelors Degree from Cleveland State University, where they majored in Accounting and Finance.
