Sofía Campa Máynez

Sofía Campa Máynez currently serves as the Director of People Operations and Finance at the Tent Partnership for Refugees, overseeing operations across 11 countries with a focus on fostering an effective team to support the mission of hiring refugees. Prior to this role, Sofía co-founded Intrare, a social tech initiative aimed at enhancing the inclusion of diverse talent in the Latin American workforce. Experiences also include significant HR leadership positions at Aeromexico, where responsibilities spanned talent management across multiple countries and functions, and a career break during which Sofía volunteered in South Africa and Vietnam. Sofía holds an MSc in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science, with a focus on forced migration and related fields, and has completed a program in Women Emerging Leaders, Negotiation.
