Chitra Sampathkumar is a seasoned technical lead with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving at Tentacle Technologies MSC Sdn. Bhd. since March 2021, Chitra leads a team of over nine members in the SST CRM project for OBC Bank in Malaysia, utilizing PEGA PRPC 7.1. Previously, Chitra held the position of Senior Consultant at Brilliance Information Sdn Bhd, managing the uCustoms project and leading a team of fifteen, while enhancing stakeholder collaboration and project delivery. Chitra's background includes a module lead role at Tech Mahindra, focusing on BizTalk solutions for VISY in Australia, and additional consulting experience at MindTree and Wipro Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Anna University Chennai.
