Nicholas Harvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and project management within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Tenth Revolution Group, Nicholas oversees a team of over 50 across more than 30 countries, achieving significant hiring milestones and implementing innovative processes that have improved offer acceptance rates and reduced attrition. Prior roles include leadership positions at YNV Group, Serco, Standard Chartered Bank, and IBM, where Nicholas directed talent acquisition strategies, launched critical systems, and drove substantial cost savings.
