About the roles

As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking Senior talented individuals to join us in various roles:

Guidewire Developers:

  • Proficient in Guidewire development tools and technologies.
  • Experience in customizing and configuring Guidewire applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Business Analysts (BAs):

  • Experienced in gathering and analysing business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within Guidewire.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Quality Assurance (QAs):

  • Proficient in manual testing techniques and tools.
  • Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report bugs effectively.

Automated Quality Assurance (Auto QAs):

  • Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Experience in continuous integration and deployment practices.

Project Managers:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing Guidewire implementation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.

Architects:

  • Deep understanding of Guidewire architecture and design principles.
  • Experience in designing scalable and maintainable Guidewire solutions.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Experience in a consulting setting will also be highly desirable.

It is also important that you have a client-focused attitude, the ability to deal with ambiguity and shades of grey, and strong communication skills and presentations skills.
