Aaron Pratt

Aaron Pratt is the Chief Executive Officer of Tepa Companies, responsible for driving the vision and mission set by the Board of Directors and the Tribe, while ensuring the company's profitability through established performance standards. Prior to this role, Aaron served as a Shareholder at Drummond Woodsum for over two decades, representing a diverse range of clients in corporate, partnership, and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory issues. Earlier in their career, Aaron was a teacher at Lancaster Country Day School, focusing on Western Civilization and Social Studies. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and History from Bowdoin College and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
