Rich Neal

Rich Neal is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in graphic design and multimedia project management. Currently serving as Design Lead at Teq since March 2022, Rich Neal previously held the position of Creative Director at Graphic Minds, Inc. since April 1997, where adeptly managed high-profile design projects for notable clients such as American Express and the NFL. Rich Neal has received multiple awards for exceptional campaign work, including Hermes, W3, and Communicator awards. Additional experience includes a Marketing Manager role at Bayport Funding LLC and Creative Director at Affect, Inc., where Rich Neal forged partnerships and developed award-winning concepts. Rich Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Farmingdale State College.
