Currently, they serve as the Chair of the Board at Stichting Nederlandse School Kaapstad, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Channel & Alliances at Teraco - A Digital Realty Company starting from July 2020. They also have experience with Equinix, where they held roles such as Regional Sales in both Majors and System Integrators and Financial Services in the Asia Pacific region from 2014 to 2020. Before Equinix, they worked as a Sales Director at DST Global Solutions in Asia for a year, and prior to that, they were involved in APAC Strategy & Sales Development, Channel at Verizon for four years. Their earlier work experience includes a four-year tenure as a Business Development Manager at Quintiq Inc. starting from 2005.
Di Buijs completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Leiden University from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, Di pursued a degree in Business/Commerce, General at Rhodes University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
