Diane Young

Diane Young (Radula) currently serves as the Head of Global Benefits at Teradata since August 2021. Before joining Teradata, Diane held various leadership roles at PTC from 2001 to August 2021, including Vice President of People Operations Services & Solutions, Vice President of Global Benefits and HR Programs, and Sr Director of Global Benefits & Assignments. Additionally, Diane was a founding member of the PTC Foundation and served on its Board of Directors. In March 2020, Diane was a guest speaker at the Massachusetts High Technology Council's Virtual Roundtable Series, focusing on employee safety and public health strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic. Diane holds a CPA designation and earned an MBA in Taxation from Bentley University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
