Smit Shah

Smit Shah is a Staff UX Designer at Teradata since June 2023, previously serving as an Apprentice Leader at Mu Sigma Inc. from November 2014 to June 2023. At Mu Sigma, Smit held multiple roles including Practitioner Leader in UI/UX design, focusing on content and service design, as well as leading efforts in the Innovation Labs to keep processes and technologies current in Math, Business, and Design. Notable contributions include a UX revamp for the ML Ops platform, enhancing the experience for data scientists, and early work on a marketing mix simulation game. Smit began as a Frontend Developer and also has experience as a Trainee Decision Scientist, utilizing advanced analytics and computer vision technologies. Smit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from Thakur Polytechnic.
