Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor serves as the Global Director of Digital Workplace Services & Support Operations at Teradyne since April 2024. Previously, Taylor held several leadership roles at Gartner from June 2018 to June 2023, including Managing Vice President of Global Support Operations, where strategic modernization efforts led to significant improvements in key performance indicators and customer satisfaction. With a strong background in managing large support teams, Taylor has been instrumental in implementing ITIL-based programs and customer feedback initiatives that drastically improved operational efficiencies. Earlier experience includes senior positions at Publicis Groupe, Vitalyst, and DigitasLBi_US, where Taylor directed global support operations to enhance service delivery for tens of thousands of customers. Taylor's career began in the US Air Force as a Munitions Specialist, and education was completed at the College of Southern Nevada.
