Marcela R.

Marcela R. has work experience in various roles related to talent management and human resources. Marcela is currently serving as the Talent Management Lead at Teravision Games since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia as the Senior Human Resources Manager from March 2019 to February 2021, and as the Selection and Promotion Manager from October 2017 to February 2019. Before joining the university, Marcela worked as a Regional Selection Analyst at Almacenes Exito S.A. from October 2014 to March 2017. Marcela also has experience as a Personnel Selection Supervisor at Logytech Mobile from March 2013 to September 2014, and as a Selection Analyst at Soluciones Inmediatas S.A. from January 2012 to February 2013. Their career in human resources began as a Junior Selection Analyst at Organización Serdan from January 2011 to January 2012.

Marcela R. obtained a degree in Psicología from Universidad Manuela Beltrán, where they studied from 2005 to 2012. Marcela further pursued their education at Universidad Externado de Colombia from 2016 to 2017, earning a specialization in Gestión del Desarrollo y Cambio Organizacional. Additionally, they obtained certification in Microsoft Excel Avanzado from FEUD - Fundación de Egresados de la Universidad Distrital in 2017.
