Gabriel Polliack has a wealth of experience in the medical field, with a focus on strategic planning and leadership positions. Gabriel began their career as the President and CEO of T.R.S. Radiology Consulting Ltd in 2003, before moving on to roles such as President of Global Versa Radiology and CEO of T.D.I. Teleradiology Diagnostics Israel Ltd. Polliack also held various positions at Maccabi Health Services, including Head of National Services and Head of Primary Medical Care Division. In 2012, they served as the Deputy Director of Hadassah Ein Kerem University Hospital. Polliack has also been involved in the startup community, serving as the Chief Medical Officer of Archi Medics Global Group Ltd and CMO of HT BioImaging. Most recently, they have been the Director of Strategic Planning at TEREM - Emergency Medical Centers.

Gabriel Polliack began their education in 1975 at The Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, Israel. Gabriel pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree and completed their studies in 1981. In 1995, Polliack attended the Israel National Defense College, where they obtained a Graduate degree. Later, in 2000, they enrolled at Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel to pursue a Master of Health Administration degree. Gabriel completed their studies in 2002.
