Paula Hj Cholmondeley

Paula HJ Cholmondeley serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Sorrel Group, a boutique governance education company, since January 2004. Alongside this role, Cholmondeley is a Corporate Director at Bank of the Ozarks and serves on the Trust committee, with additional responsibilities as an observer on the governance and compensation committee. As part-time faculty for the National Association of Corporate Directors since 2008, Cholmondeley conducts boardroom education programs and board evaluations. Cholmondeley's extensive corporate governance experience includes past directorships at Terex Corporation, Nationwide Mutual Funds, KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation, DENTSPLY International, Minerals Technologies Inc., Albany International, and Ultralife Corporation, holding various leadership positions such as chair of audit and governance committees. Cholmondeley earned an MS in Accounting from The Wharton School and a BS in Accounting from Howard University.
