Carl Bickerstaff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Astron Consulting LLC since August 2015, Carl has previously held the position of Principal Partner at Wellfleet Consulting, Inc. for a brief period in early 2015. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at Glow Networks, CSS Corp, where Carl managed significant roll-out projects for Ericsson, ALU, and Ciena across the USA. Additionally, Carl spent over a decade at Parsons Corporation as a Senior Project Program Manager, overseeing various Ericsson wireless cell site projects and switch installation initiatives throughout the country.
