Stefan Kaczor

Stefan Kaczor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stefan is currently serving as the Vice President of Service Operations at TERMA Group since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Service Delivery, Support & Services at TERMA Group from December 2014 to September 2023.

Before joining TERMA Group, Stefan worked at KMD from 2009 to 2014, where they started as a Project Director and Team Manager and eventually became responsible for the delivery of high-priority SAP development projects. Stefan also gained experience in employee management during their time there.

Earlier in their career, Stefan was a Team Manager and Senior Consultant at Columbus IT from 2007 to 2009. In this role, they oversaw the web team and managed e-commerce and website solutions for various clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Dynamicweb Software A/S from 2005 to 2006, managing marketing projects and handling marketing-related activities.

Stefan has also worked as a Student Counselor at the University of Southern Denmark from 2001 to 2003, providing counseling and support to students. Additionally, they served as a Webmaster at the university from 2002 to 2003.

At the start of their career, Stefan worked at Ikast Kommune as an Office Assistant and Case Worker. Stefan gained experience in various departments, including social security, retirement benefit, accounts, debt recovery, and IT.

Stefan Kaczor obtained a BA in English & IT from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in the years 2000 to 2003. Stefan then pursued a cand.it degree in IT, Communication, Organization from Aarhus School of Business (ASB) from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including IPMA level C from Dansk Projektledelse in November 2011, PRINCE2 Foundation from OGC in 2011, IPMA level D from Dansk Projektledelse in 2010, and various Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint in 2008.
