Jason Gilg has extensive work experience in the development and construction industry. Jason started their career at dck worldwide, LLC in 1996 as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing various projects such as the Wilkie D. Ferguson Federal Courthouse in Miami and the WVU Life Sciences Center in Morgantown. Jason worked at dck worldwide, LLC until 2005.

In 2005, Jason joined Terra as a Senior Development Manager, responsible for managing multiple condominium projects in Miami, including Quantum On The Bay, Metropolis at Dadeland, and 900 Biscayne. In 2018, they were promoted to VP, Director of Development and Construction, and in 2023, they assumed the role of Senior Vice President Development and Construction. Jason continues to work at Terra, leading development and construction initiatives.

Jason Gilg attended Penn State University from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Construction Management.
