Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Terra since June 2025, Joshua previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Logistics Property Company, LLC from October 2023 to June 2025. Over a seven-year tenure at Lendlease, Joshua advanced through various roles, including Commercial Director, Senior Finance Manager, and Senior Accountant, showcasing a deep understanding of financial operations and management. Joshua’s career commenced at RSM US LLP as an Assurance Associate, followed by multiple accounting positions at Lendlease and leadership roles at Indiana Wesleyan University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana Wesleyan University.
