Steven Rosen is an experienced Project Manager currently working at Terra since June 2022, previously serving in similar roles at Moss & Associates from January 2017 to May 2022 and Turner Construction Company from March 2012 to December 2016. At Turner Construction, Steven managed significant projects, including three fast-tracked interior fitout projects with budgets between $3-7 million and a $900 million LEED Certified project spanning 1,000,000 square feet. Steven's responsibilities included coordinating construction activities, conducting safety meetings, preparing contract documents, and managing budgets and schedules. Holding a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida, Steven has developed a robust skill set in project management and construction processes.
