Peter Schubert is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial leasing and investment sales. Currently serving as Managing Director of Commercial Leasing at TerraCRG since October 2014, Peter has previously held senior leadership positions at TRANSWESTERN, where management of Capital Markets efforts in New York City occurred, and Moinian Group, overseeing leasing for a substantial commercial and retail portfolio. Other notable roles include Managing Director at Yoo, where Peter contributed to high-end real estate design and development, and Senior Director at Massey Knakal Realty Services, leading a successful team in multifamily and mixed-use transactions. Peter's career began as Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co. and features foundational experience as an Analyst at Interacciones Global. Peter holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
