Alex Mond is an experienced executive with a robust career spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as President of Terramer, Inc. since January 2019, Alex leads the development of a patented hemp-based plastic alternative that is fully compostable and biodegradable. Prior roles include Vice President at Statera BioPharma, Inc., President of the Regenerative Health and Wellness Institute, and Founder of Ourst, where Alex focused on financial development for start-ups and small cap companies. Alex also has experience as CEO of Celebrity Token, Managing Director at Malibu Capital, and Managing Director at American Trust, specializing in wealth management and investment strategy. Early in the career, Alex served as Advisor to the CEO at Washington Mutual, overseeing business development. Alex holds a degree from Boston University.

Terramer was founded with a mission to solve the crisis of plastic pollutions through sustainability engineering which will fundamentally change the way the world interacts with Terramer packaging products. Through innovative sustainability engineering, Terramer creates platform of biopolymers known as Terramer Resins, with its objective to replace traditional based plastics with renewal and compostable material, and replacing a stream of toxic plastic waste. The work centers the replacement of standard Hydrocarbon derived resins with a matrix of benevolent bio sources materials. In the founding formulations, the components used will reduce cost, fossil fuel consumption and creates resins that from cradle to cradle is sustainable and environmentally beneficial.
