Lucas W. Paz is a highly experienced hydrologist with a career spanning over two decades in water resource management, planning, and environmental compliance consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Hydrologist at Terraphase Engineering Inc. since April 2015, Lucas specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic evaluations, stormwater management, and water conservation, among other areas. Previously, Lucas held the position of Principal Hydrologist at ARCADIS and Senior Associate Hydrologist at LFR Levine-Fricke, where responsibilities included wetland design, stormwater management, and watershed management. Lucas began a career as a Senior Hydrologist at EIP Associates and earned a Ph.D. in Hydrology and Watershed Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley.
