William Carson is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as President and Principal Engineer at Terraphase Engineering Inc. since October 2010. Prior to this role, William held positions as Principal Engineer and Vice President at ARCADIS following the acquisition of LFR Inc. in January 2008, and as Operations Manager/Principal Engineer at LFR Inc. from August 1998 until October 2010.
