Jim Nikola

Jim Nikola is an experienced professional in environmental, safety, health, and quality assurance with a robust background in the nuclear industry. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality at TerraPower LLC since January 2018, Jim has held various key positions including Senior QA Engineer. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Quality Assurance Manager at Chicago Bridge & Iron/WECTEC, Supplier Quality Manager at Babcock & Wilcox, and Supplier Quality Supervisor at Bechtel Corporation. Jim's career began as a QA Manager at Oregon Iron Works, where responsibilities included overseeing the NQA-1 Nuclear Quality Assurance Program, and includes a prior role as QA Consultant at Thompson Metal Fabrication. Jim also worked as a Senior Project Engineer at LSI Logic for over six years.
