Nabeel Bhaiwala

Nabeel Bhaiwala is a Senior Engineer in Mechanical Design at TerraPower LLC, where responsibilities include engineering solutions for sodium-cooled fast reactors and targeted alpha therapy since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Andrews-Cooper, leading the design cycle for new point-of-care ultrasound devices, and a Mechanical Engineer role at General Atomics, focusing on the Central Solenoid for the ITER nuclear fusion project. Early career experience at Hewlett-Packard as an R&D Mechanical Engineer involved developing mechanical subsystems for all-in-one inkjet printers and managing the design process from concept to production. Nabeel Bhaiwala earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in 2011.
