Aaron Stracher is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Customer Service Analyst at Terrapure Environmental since March 2023, Aaron previously held the position of IT Client Services Analyst at the same company, providing comprehensive software and hardware support to users across Canada. With prior experience at Allergan, Vertex Solutions Corporation, Compugen, and triOS College, Aaron has developed a robust skill set in troubleshooting, imaging laptops, configuring hardware and software, and supporting various operating systems and applications.
