Chantelle Elsner

Chantelle Elsner serves as the President of the Northeast region at TerrAscend, a prominent multi-state operator in the cannabis industry, since October 2020. Prior to this role, Elsner held multiple positions at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc., including Acting President, Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, and Sr. State Director in Arizona, where responsibilities included leading retail operations across multiple states and significantly expanding retail presence. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Operations at Flourish Fine Foods, a pioneer in cannabis edibles, and as a Business Development Consultant for Nocawich, focusing on growth in large-scale markets.
