David Paslay has over two decades of work experience, starting from 1997. David began their career as an Engineer at Raytheon Technical Services Company in May 1997. In January 1998, they moved to Coin Acceptors, where they worked as a Senior Engineer, specializing in embedded hardware and firmware development until October 2004. From October 2004 to August 2017, David held the position of Director of Engineering at Nevco Sports, where they were responsible for managing engineering and multi-site operations functions. David then advanced to the role of Vice President of Engineering and Operations Services at Nevco Sports from August 2017 to December 2021. As the Vice President, their responsibilities included aligning operations with corporate strategy, developing new supply chains, and applying LEAN, JIT, and Agile principles. Currently, David holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at TerraSource Global starting from December 2021.
David Paslay completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Project Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and later their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) also from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they completed between 1991 and 2001.
