Under John Rosier's leadership, Construction Laser Inc. specialized in the distribution of Leica GPS, machine control systems, lasers, and survey equipment, while also functioning as an authorized service center for Leica-geosystems and various other brands. John Rosier's educational background includes studies at Southern Crescent Technical College from 1991 to 1993.
