Alena Boyko

Alena Boyko is a Junior Reactor Physics Analyst at Terrestrial Energy, where responsibilities include performing sensitivity analyses related to reactivity control and power regulation, programming within Windows and Linux environments, and analyzing graphite performance in molten salt reactors. Prior experience includes an Engineering Intern role focused on benchmarking production machines and facilitating multiplatform software integration, as well as various academic roles, such as a MASc student at the University of Toronto, where development of a nanowire FET chemical detector took place. Previous internships involved scientific translation, modeling semiconductor properties, and experimenting with solar cell performance. Alena Boyko is pursuing a UNENE Graduate Diploma in Nuclear Engineering at McMaster University.
