Joe Pleshek

Joe Pleshek has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Joe began their career at 3M as a Sales Executive, where they worked for four years. Joe then joined Imation as a Business Development Manager for four years. Following that, they worked at Appleton as a Sales and Marketing Director for seven years, gaining international experience as an expatriate. In 2007, they became the President and CEO of Terso Solutions, a prominent provider of automated inventory management solutions in the healthcare and life science industries. Additionally, Joe Pleshek served as a Board Member and President of the Cambridge School Board, where they chaired the Communications Committee and participated on the Policy Committee for six years.

Joe Pleshek pursued their education, starting in 1987, at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Joe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology in 1991. Later, from 1997 to 2001, Joe attended the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
