Gary Gruszecki

Gary Gruszecki is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in engineering and product lifecycle management. Currently serving as Program Manager for R&D Sustaining Engineering at Terumo BCT since January 2019, Gary previously held the position of Director of Sustaining Engineering for Patient Monitoring at Medtronic from April 2009 to November 2018, where leadership of a Product Lifecycle Management Team resulted in improved quality and cost reductions for multiple product lines generating annual sales exceeding $1.5 billion. Prior to that, Gary was the Director of Engineering at Medivance from 1999 to 2009, successfully leading the development of a therapeutic hypothermia device that played a crucial role in the company's acquisition for $255 million. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
