Aron Dag Schermaul

Aron Dag Schermaul is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal affairs, compliance, and contract law. Since January 2017, Aron has served as the Head of Legal Affairs, IP, Global Quality, Safety, and Regulatory at tesa, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple departments and leading units in Quality and Regulatory sectors. Prior to this, positions held included Head of Legal, Compliance & IP at tesa and Head of Department Legal & Compliance at Rheinmetall Defence Electronics GmbH, where leadership encompassed a variety of legal units. Earlier professional milestones include roles as Head of Internal Audit in the Bundeswehr, Major d. R. in the German Army Forces Command, Head of Legal & Professional Services at The Ringley Group, and Deputy Head of Civil-Military-Co-Operation at NATO Regional Command in Afghanistan.
