David Paz has a strong background in finance, HR, and operations management. David began their career at Copo Fehrer in 1999 as a Finance and Industrial Controller. In 2003, they joined tesa and worked in various roles, including Regional Controller, HR, and Operations Latin America. David then became the General Manager for Chile and Argentina before moving on to become the Head of Finance & Controlling and Operations Western Europe. In 2019, they were promoted to Managing Director of Latin America. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of HR at tesa.
David Paz has a Bachelor's degree and MBA in Business and Engineering from USA and UK, completed between 1992 and 1999. In 2018, they attended the London Business School for a Programme in Market Driving Strategies. In 2020, they pursued a Programme in Leadership in a Crisis at INSEAD. Lastly, in 2022, they enrolled in a Programme at Cornell University focusing on HR Transformation.
