Blanka Rihova serves as the People Director for Tesco in the Central Europe region, overseeing operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland since November 2024. Prior to this role, Blanka held several significant HR positions at Iron Mountain from May 2020 to November 2024, including HR Vice President for Global HR Business Partnerships and Senior Director of Human Resources for EMEA. Blanka also gained extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson as Vice President of HR Global Services EMEA, leading a team of 350 HR experts, and at Honeywell, where roles included HR Services Director EMEA and HR Cluster Director for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. Earlier career stages include a position as Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2000 to 2004. Blanka holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Masaryk University Brno and is a certified therapist and coach from the Gestalt Institute of Prague.
