Chris Taylor

Chris Taylor FCG has extensive experience in company secretarial roles across various sectors, including tenure as Group Company Secretary at Tesco since April 2025 and at Young & Co Brewery, PLC from April 2021 to February 2025. At Young's, responsibilities included corporate M&A, sustainability, and risk management within a hospitality context. Prior to this, Chris held the Group Company Secretary role at Sky for over 15 years, contributing to significant acquisitions and governance practices. Chris has also gained diverse experience at organizations such as Orange, Diageo, and Young & Co in various capacities, including Assistant and Deputy Company Secretary.
